Hey,
I have one form, that is a TIF image file. I would like the form to be created into a PDF file that is editable. It MUST be editable.

This job may cost less than $30.00 so I would be willing to pay you without escrow or perhaps I could set up an escrow, then pay you with direct payment, and then once you receive payment we could cancel escrow.
Must have positive review ratings if this is done before.
