Description: Hi all,
I need a portal design.
I will need a sample(put what watermark you want on that design), but I need to see one or two samples from each.
The portal will address to the 14-50 years age range.
Please be creative, because if that design allready exists, it will not be taken into consideration.
Look at my reviews, and you will see that this is not a fake project. The winner will be chosen for sure.
The best design will win. Max price is 250$.

Is there anywone who can design a portal?
I need a portal design, and not a website.
I don't need html, css, or other things.
Only an jpg image (with watermark, on it, it doesn't matters, because I need to see the look of that design), and if I will like it I will choose the one who designed it as the winner.
