I need half a day after I received the mail to convert the pic to black and white. This is assuming the pictures are not over 10MB size. This quote is for basic conversion of picture in normal picture format/extension. And conversion of the same in to PDF.

You will be giving me photographs, which I need to convert to Black and White, right? and send that as a PDF file? or did you mean PSD? I can do PDF or PSD. But, let me know about the image size and tell me how exactly you want me to convert to black and white. I know atleast 6 ways to do that using Photoshop and plugins. if you want a simple conversion, it can be done in less that 10min. (depending on the size of the images)
