Simple adjustment of 3 images.

I have made a mock ouput, labled slide 1
I have included the JPG files to use.

Photoshoper will copy patient's right eye from each photo and verify size to match (measure the cornea or some other technique, match color for all and create layout in photoshop. healing brush where necessary to minimize wrinkles, so these don't distract from illustration
