Hello Bidders,
For a company website, I am planning to do an experiment. Am looking for a 30 second news program format video in English language.

I will provide the headlines and short news text. I require someone (preferably female) to read these headlines and news, similar to TV news channels or like Rocketboom.com (see http://www.rocketboom.com/category/daily/).

There should be a reasonably techie looking background in dark/light blue color and lower third of the screen should have the and the name of the newsreader when news begins - (I am ok with a fake name) and the headline. The newsreader should wear simple business attire.European or wester newsreader prefered. Accent should be neutral.

This project is ideal for someone with Visual Communicator from Serious magic (now Adobe) and a green screen, plus cool background graphics and some time on their hands. The news clips are short and will be loaded on a website.

Format wise, would like to get it in flash (4:3), mpeg or .wmv.

Serious bids only and please keep them reasonable. This is an unbudgeted creative idea that could be for the long run if executed well. So please keep that in mind when bidding.

Bidders should provide show reel or provide links to their portfolio and state experience.

Please bid early as I will probably select a provider prior to the completion of the bid time.
