Description

I want to design a file watcher program which checks if file is sitting in location more than one hour and if it does get the name of file and pass it to bat file which will execute its part then after.

It should watch more than one locations which will be mentioned in text file. (Full paths will be specified into that text file).

This is very simple application and should not take more than 3 days.
