Description

Looking for a Perl expert that can convert plain text book files from Gutenberg.org into an HTML formatted document and ready to be uploaded to Amazon's Kindle.

The following is only an example. It will be up to you to determine how the gutenberg.org plain text files are formatted so these files can be formatted to HTML. So this script will need to be able to take any of the plain text files on Gutenberg.org and convert them properly to Standards compliant HTML.

Example :
I'd like the following plain text file:
http://www.gutenberg.org/files/10940/10940-8.txt
formatted to HTML So chapter number and things like the word "Preface" would have an h1 tag etc..

Illustrations and comments that aren't part of the book itself will need to be moved to the end of the document and labeled accordingly.
