Description

I need a perl pop3 script that I will use to download my POP3 email. I will download through secure and unsecure pop3 servers.

the perl script must run on the command line and via a scheduled cronjob. All configuration settings should be in a config file

After downloading all the emails, the script will run some tests on them. It will then email the results to me after it is done.

These tests are not complicated, but they do take time so I would like someone who can develop with performance and speed in mind.

This is not a particularly difficult script so I'll be looking for the lowest bid and highest experience with perl projects.
