Description: My site provider is telling me that the CGI on my site is using up all of that servers CPU quite often.

I have 2 OsCommerce shops on the site and a visitor counter. I don't think that I have any other programs currently using CGI, although I have tried some out in the past.
I'm like the CGI cleaned up of any remains of unused scripts.

At the first glance I found two possible reason of high CPU load on your site. For cleanup your CGO scripts I will need FTP or SSH access to your site or access via remote control of your personal PC. Take a look to my profile.
