Description

I have some Perl script which does some scraping of data from a web site. I now wish to replace this with a soap service (wsdl available). Most of the legacy application will remain the same which is to read keywords from a database, and utilize these keywords in a soap query, parse the data into html files. The writing of html files and reading of keywords will remain in place. Simply the search and results will now utilize the wsdl and soap.

Payment terms are three equal payments 30%/60%/100% completion. You must communicate over Gmail chat or google talk, and I expect daily feedback summaries (few minutes per day) from the time of bid acceptance. After bid acceptance please communicate within 24 hours, else I move on.

I will be happy to answer any questions, the better the questions the better your chances. Putting a generic response in your bid
doesn't really help anyone.

Its a good idea to tell me specifically and directly what your skills and experience are in the task I am looking for.

Your bid is considered final I will not negotiate a higher price.

I often select first responders and people who tell me why they can do the job (in one or two sentences).
