- valid or invalid format check
- check working email - example http://search.cpan.org/~ilyam/Mail-CheckUser-1.21/CheckUser.pm

if valid
- pull out domain
- ips associated with domains (a records)
- reverse dns associated with ips (all records)
- mx records
- Org Name on IP record
- Domain Registered, Update and expire date.
- authority on ips
- registrar

Considerations
- Some domains will have multiple ips
- Some domains will have multiple mx records
- Need same static format of registration date regardless of

- Valid Email
- 66.94.234.13 and 216.109.112.135 associated with domain
- w2.rc.vip.scd.yahoo.com and w2.rc.vip.dcn.yahoo.com reverse dns
- a.mx.mail.yahoo.com, b.mx.mail.yahoo.com, c.mx.mail.yahoo.com, d.mx.mail.yahoo.com, e.mx.mail.yahoo.com, f.mx.mail.yahoo.com and g.mx.mail.yahoo.com are mx records
- Yahoo is org name
- Domain registered 18-jan-1995, updated 22-jul-2005 and expires 19-jan-2012
- ARIN is the authority
- MARKMONITOR INC. is the registrar

This will be a module in another script, sorry, can't provide the script but just need this routine that takes in an email and does the above mentioned task.
