HTML design for simple bi-lingual website needed. www.reitpferdezucht.eu is currently in German, however I will provide the translation of the little text there is to English. Design and menu structure should be similar to http://nmpros.com/horses/langonefarms/index.html or other designs as on http://www.horsewebdesign.net/web_design.html.

Current layout was done by an IT student as a favor to the site owner and does not reflect the owners intent of the website nor his design preferences. Pictures need to be much larger (are available on the site) and the horses should dominate the website, not the table or menu structure which looks pretty bad at the moment. The site should be easy to maintain in the future so a design with dreamweaver templates would be nice, but is not mandatory. If a standard cms system is proposed then please address how security would be handled. We recently had a malicious iframe injection on a joomla installation and would prefer not to have the joomla installation for that reason.

All current meta tags need to be maintained and future design needs to have a full set of meta tags on every page. Every page needs to be in English and in German. No insertion of your company in either meta tags nor any other page is desired. I will perform the upload for the site, however all path references need to be correct.

Site should have a contact form (cgi/perl) and maybe a guestbook. Don´t use the current guestbook. Both should be dual language. Guest book is not mandatory. Weather and driving directions should be displayed on every page. Create favicon.ico from attached picture. For every stallion, mare and foal should be a pedigree page which should look similar to http://nmpros.com/horses/langonefarms/pedigree.html. It should be easy for the owner to add new pages as new foals are born. No links page and discourage links on the contact form text as none will be given. By German law an impressum page needs to exist with boiler plate text.
