Description: I have a Perl Freelancers script that is giving a Server Error message whenever a freelancer submits new account details, freelancer.cgi.

Permissions are set to '755' on all cgi files and all cgi files were transferred as ASCII text.

If the selected freelancer can fix this quickly, I will use you for another project to add additional features to the application and SEO for the site.

Please meet the following four requirements:

1. Speak and write fluid English
2. Experience repairing Perl scripts
3. Experience modifying Freelancer scripts from SmarterScripts
4. SEO experience obtaining top 10 in Google - references needed PMB
