Description

I need an asterisk script which will dial a list of numbers
this list will be in some plain text format (done via notepad)

1 number per line eg

555-555-2555
555-545-5454
555-544-8544
555 555 2555
5555455454
555-544-8544
A number can be between 5 and 15 digits long

the script will randomly dial one number - (will be called by cron for intervals)

call will last some random length between x and y seconds where x and y are 2 variables then hangup

If call does not lass more than x (from above line) seconds consider attempt as not successfully

randomness should be efficient so that all numbers on the list gets dialed almost an exact number of times

all calls will go via 3 different outbound routes to be defined later
For starters the first outbound route is outrt-005-Overage
