Description

I need a program that will scrape an internet phone number reverse address lookup site. The program should take a CSV file and match the address information in that file to phone number data found on an internet reverse address lookup site. The url of the phone number lookup site is http://www.whitepages.com/9901/reverse_address

It would also be helpful if the program had a status monitor visible to the user. The most important aspect of the program is that it is not flagged by the internet site as a bot. I will use the program to match up to 400 addresses in some cases.

Maybe best to use MS Access for this, can have it done in a day, you can run it at leisure and export the database for upload into any database you wish. Alternatively if you want it live on a website I can do it in php. Let me know, Neil
