Description: followed installation instructions for buzilla 3.0 on RHEL 5 to work on mod_perl for Apache web server (httpd-2.2.3-7.el5) but htppd won't start up.

I want someone familair with bugzilla, Apache and mod_perl to fix this error and get bugzilla to working.

Here's the error:
