Description

I need a flexible system that reads from txt files, generates supersimple html-code plus a little bit of simple JavaScript and puts that into a html-file during ServerSideInclude (SSI).

The pages in question already uses SSI.

Quick explanation to the web site. It is an encyclopaedia with articles ranked after alphabet. The indexes are in files named f.x. a.txt, b.txt and so on.

Just to make sure that bidders really know what I ask about. Here is what should happen

1. An article uses the .txt file that corresponds with the articles first letter. The article lebanon.htm, f,x., uses l.txt, coffee.htm uses c.txt and similar.
2. Takes the content from this .txt file and makes this into clickable links. You can see what l.txt contains on http://looklex.com/design/l.txt
3. Puts everything into a box, that can be scrolled up and down. The box has a preset size, f.x. 120 pixels wide and 260 pixels high. I would like the scroll bar to be 10 pixels. You can see an example of what it should look like here: http://looklex.com/design/scroll.gif
4. Places the corresponding article in the middle of the list (unless it is high or low on the list, forcing a deviating position), and highlights this (as seen on http://looklex.com/design/scroll.gif)
5. Makes link to other letters in the alphabet; before on top, after on bottom. I.e. A, B, C, D, E, F, G, H, I, J, K on top of the "L" fild, M, N, O and so on, beneath. These are indicated with images, named, of course. a.gif etc. and leads to unique pages named zz_a.htm for "A" and similar.
6. Some links in the .txt file have a pointer in front, a #. This should result in a specific html addition to the output. If it comes in front of the URL, this is added "&#150; ", if it comes in front of the article title, the title should be put inside <B></B>
