Description

I'm looking for someone to design a webpage with the look and feel of yahoo's home page. This would include the 2 boxes with tabs in the middle on the site.
It will have a key word search box.
RSS feeds to daily news
Perl module I have to pull current news
Quick search feature that will pull infomation from another one of my sites and return the results.
