Hi,

We need a very small application, as a proof o concept, not much to do for someone who has it, or wants to get the code from pidgin or some project that has it.

Stage 1
We need a tray icon application, that shows on the icon tray of gnome.
For example the icon that shows when you use pidgin, or skype...

we need it on some kind of language that we could understand, we know some, for ex C, Pascal, Pearl and others, and require the developer to help us setting up the environment.

Stage 2,
We need a feature on the same program that receives http requests.
So whenever we send an http message to the machine, the icon shows a pop up screen with whatever we wanted to tell the user of the machine...
for ex: http://10.0.0.1/myapp&Hello World - shows "Hello World" on the popup window of the tray icon applicacion.

please bid for stage1, we need this very prompt and comptetitive price, and put the extra amount to complete stage 2 on a PM.

The programmer could probably be contracted to add a whole lot of features to this application, only that we need to present the proof of concept to our superiors, thus the request for low price on stage 1.
