Description

What I need done:
Design and develop web application for receiving insurance quote from different vendors and policy purchase with credit card processing, using YUI (Yahoo UI) / AJAX / Java / spring framework / hibernate / mySQL technologies. The application is to be developed in phases in very close collaboration with our architecture team.

What we already have versus what the provider will build:
We have a complete UI and html source code pages. Limited technical documentation: High level application architecture diagram, draft component diagram, high level requirements document and use cases. We need to get middle tier and back end processing developed, including database design.

Requirements
Hired resources MUST be on US (Eastern Standard Time) working hours. Direct contact info with LEAD DEVELOPER should be provided and he / she should be available during business hours. Source code must be delivered in phases. We will require complete design documentation, with class diagrams etc.

Timeframe for delivery:
I need to have this up and running within 1 month.
