Description: This is for a youtube clone site.
I have the script and the modules installed and a test site setup

Looking for someone to make a significant improvment to the quality of the AVI to FLV conversions
Setting the bitrate to the max at 2000 quality still needs to be improved.

One option using mencoder or ffmpeg to encode with On2VP6 2-pass or H.264

I am open to suggestions but want to move forward quickly with this.
