Description: I need a program which will monitor a Hotcomm chat room for certain defined text strings. Once the text string is typed into the Hotcomm window, the program identifies it and creates a text file saving it onto the computer. I'm not sure what programming software is required. The computer it will run on is a Pentium 4, 1g ram, Windows XP. The Hotcomm data is live dynamic data and continuously updated.
