Description

I need a simple application that will install via a autorun from flashdrives that we will deploy. On the flash drive will be a questionnaire, the questionnaire needs to be filled in and mailed to an email address, the pc must also remember the answers to the questions. The card is to be used to store crucial information for companies in case of disaster., prefferably flash.
