Description
I need an application programmed that will be able to pull a URL from a remote txt file on my server and open it in a full screen window behind all other windows.The application must also be able to close URLs that are listed in another remote txt file.
The application will also pull a time delay from another txt file on my server. The time delay will instruct the application how often to open the popunder.
When first installed the application must open a URL confirming the install to the user, and when uninstalled it must also open a URL confirming the uninstall.
The application must run in the background at all times.
The application must not be identified by anti-virus programs.
