Description

I would like to have a piece of software that I can use to play/manage/update advertising content displayed on screens driven by remote machines.

I would like the "player" side to have the capacity for up to 4 zones/layers of video positioned over a background image. I should be able to define the size and position of each layer of video.

Capability to play full screen ads
pull information from RSS feeds
news ticker
update from web automatically on a schedule
report ip address to web page or server

keep a log of all content played, with time/date, that can pull information from tags on the media file. I would also like to include in the log the status of the monitor on/off. This will be used as proof of play kept on file

I would like to be able to play all media files. I should be able to play any media file that could be played in zoom player including flash.

I would like to be able to manage advertising content from my laptop. I should be able to create a schedule for playback of content and send it via web/ftp/remote management to the player. Also I need to be able to know what content is playing and on what schedule at each player in an efficient and organized way.

I have big experience in such programs, I have made something like this a month ago, so I only need to make corrections to my program and add some new formats support.
