Description

Need a custom web authoring tool that works on Linux. Can use Python, Perl, Mono, or any other language that will allow the application to run on Linux.

Needs to be able to create formatted text, insert images, make links, forms etc.

Alternatively it can be made for windows as long as it will run on Ubuntu via wine.

I will develop it with C++ and using Qt. If you want to use your computer as a server i can do it or if you want to use another web server i can make a transfer protocol between your computer and remote server. If you want anything else i can make it. If you want anything difficult to make, budget can change.
