Description

Need online database to distribute workload
We have an iphone app review website with a goal of reviewing several thousand iphone apps using several contractors(reviewers) in different locations.
We need to have a database driven workload support system to help control and distribute the workload.

The two users of the database are ADMIN and REVIEWER
ADMIN controls the “tobereviewed” database and has the ability to add, delete, modify, change priority of the apps listed.

Here is what the columns of the db looks like;
App to be reviewed | Version # | Promo Code | Checked out by | Checked out date | Uploaded Date

REVIEWER can login and see and select only from the top ten Apps that are available to be reviewed. The REVIEWER can only select one app for review at a time.
Once an APP is selected, the APP is locked and the REVIEWER is locked.
The information about the APP (name and promo code) is then presented and emailed to the REVIEWER.
REVIEWER can later log on and upload the completed review (msword format with pics) to the database.
Once the REVIEWER uploads the review, the APP drops off of the tobereviewed database and moves to the reviewed database. The REVIEWER is also unlocked and may select another APP to review.

ADMIN can also view the “reviewed” database and download any review to the local computer.
