Description

I need a small a script which parses csv files and extracts names and email addresses.
Please see the attached sample file.
The script should export data to txt files.
The script should allow to either extract only email addresses or email addresses and names.
The script should only extract data if a pre-defined amount is matched (EUR","50,00" in this case).
The script must run on windows.
