Description

We have a web application that currently works as follows. You answer 15 questions, the app looks at the responses and queries a database to find which of about 30 options are relevant to you. The app then returns a webpage with two lists, one of relevant options and the other of options not relevant to you. Results are also emailed. I believe is it built in PHP / MySQL.

We are considering developing a version of this app that can reside on 3rd party websites and it needs to be invisible to the visitor that they are going offsite. I believe we could use an iFrame or re-create the app entirely in Java. We are not sure where to begin or what we need to be thinking about so we are looking for a consultant to talk us thru some initial ideas.

We require a web developer, fluent in English, who is able to have a Skype-based conversation to outline the different ways we might go about doing this. This initial consulting may lead to a larger project of actually building it. I expect the conversation to take 1-3 hours.
