§ 1+ year of work experience in IT arena. § Around 1+ year of experience as a Peoplesoft Techno-Functional in application implementation, customization, conversion and support activities. § Good skills in Peoplesoft Development and Administration. § Functional knowledge on HRMS 9.0, Global Payroll, Base Benefits, Absence Management. § Developed Interfaces, SQR, Customized Peoplesoft Application in HRMS. § Have a strong background in People Tools, People Code, Application Engine Programs, Interfaces and SQR. § Having expertise on database like oracle 10g with SQL, PLSQL and XML. § A good team player with ability to work in a team or individual. § Have the basic idea of normal Lifecycle of an ERP Implementation. § Involved in writing customized Application Engine Programs by using Peoplecode, extraction of data from database and populating in to Peoplesoft system. § Was involved in Data Migration activity carried out to migrate the enterprise client data to Peoplesoft application. § Have the basic idea of XML, PHP.
