Description: The website will be around 40 pages, I will do the page designs etc & provide all MYSQL DBS & HOSTING ETC that is required

They require a Section on website for 'MEMBERS' these members then have access to change their page data, changes are then authorised by ADMIN before changes go live on website. Or they could set for each page a 'don't inform me, just make changes live immediately'

Some of these input fields in the v pages would remain hidden from web browsers i.e.. each page will have say 12 fields of info but only 6 of them will be visible when website visitors view each page. This would be set by ADMIN with a simple yes / no visible for the 12 fields generic for all MEMBERS pages

The ADMIN should be able to assign a new MEMBER pages at their leisure assiging the new MEMBER with a username & password etc

A free version of one of the many open source forums needs to be added to website

The webpages would need to be CMS controlled by ADMIN, don't want this over complex but a simple layout where they can change a block of text and add / delete a row of pictures down the side. they will also need to be able to add attachments so choice of corresponding icons for either a word doc or PDF etc (I can supply)
