Description: I need a similar site built to the I will provide in the attachment. Can have a different look but same functions. Will need to have an admin backend so sitesand news can be added easily. Will ping sites in the list to insure they are up and running, Information can be stored in files or database. Must include the widget,news, list of sites,Ping ability,contact form, TOS, about us extra things to add a news letter sign up area.

Would also like the ability to add or change advertising code via the admin area for east site wide editing. Also a way to edit footer links via the admin.
