Description

These are adjustments to work already done and so are for rmash only.

1. Creation of an accessories cache to speed up display of accessories in a PHP run website based on osCommerce
2. Change the word "SIM Free Price" to "Price" for accessories only, but not for phones.
3. Chnage criterion by which accessories are determined on all relevant pages.
4. Fix errors in "all products" and "all phones pages".

These are adjustments to previous projects and so are for rmash only.
