Description

I need a functional/structural clone of uxmag.com (based on textpattern) for a private project.

Check the site to get an idea, as well as the http://www.textpattern.com content management system on how it would be implemented, you will see that this is possible with only a minimum of actual code customisation.

So, basically, this will be a design-driven and not a development-driven job.

However, I will provide a wireframe of the start page and subpages for minor modifications to the structure.

Concerning the quality of the development work: I expect that a proper documentation, a regular project status update, and no quick and dirty "hacks" but a rock-solid and standards-conform frontend and a clean backend code will be provided.

Also, I want the design to look well. This means, in no way ripping off assets from uxmag.com but create an own, unique style that should resemble uxmag.com but should be slightly different (use red and black/dark grey as colors). This would also include creating a logo of the same color.

At the end of this project, I expect all assets to be delivered to me (code, psd source files, etc.)

We will agree upon a milestone/high level project plan and split up the payment according to the milestones (e.g. 20% upfront, rest in 20% splits as payment for every milestone). I also expect at least 2 review rounds for every milestone. If requests from my side are out of scope, we will treat this as a change request and negotiate additional budget needs on a per request basis.

this project will actually be the start of a long-term partnership, if everything goes as planned. i will need continuous creation of creative assets as well as site enhancements over a longer period of time (job board/classifieds, etc.)
