Developer needs the following skills.
1. Must be intuitive, know how to create project correctly first time
2. Mysql from command line
We do not pay for
1. Chats
2. Your misunderstanding of project
You will need to give us an estimation of hours before each module.
You will need to create/add to change log, comment in files changed, rename changed files and leave on server
You will not start any project/module until we both agree all things are clear.
We have ongoing projects and need a dependable person who will understand our sites, our programming style and enhance.
You may ask what does it mean intuitive. Our site was created by a top notch developer who understood how users, admin need to interact with the site. Site was created with very little information of HOW, but rather WHAT we needed. He had the intuitiveness to do the HOW correctly.
So that's a good quality to have!
What I want to see in your letter is
1. why you think you have what it takes to work with us.
2. You have to tell me how you are intuitive in the 2nd line of the introduction letter.
