Description:	I'll try to explain this the best I can... I need 2 pages. All in php and does not need any real html design. The first page will pull a few fields from a database and list them. These are the project names and information. When you select a project, it will pull the project ID. With the project ID, it will search another database for any entries that contain the project id. Should return anywere from 1 to 15 results. From the 1 to 15 results, you will get a 1 to 15 NEW project ids. With the new project ids, you with search a 3rd table for any entries that have any of the new 1 to 15 ids and display the results. So, on page 1, you will see the main projects, and on page 2, you will see the project details you have selected and all the entries for that project. Once you accept the project, I will give you full access to the database and a list of all the fields. The emails are being added to the database already using a perl script on the server.
