Description

Hi , I'm looking for a coder who can supply me with a registration form which stores the data in a database and sents the data to two email adresses ( user & administrator -----> user should get a confirmation email with the data that has been filled in , the administrator should get the same dat by email as well. The form should support file upload ( .doc / .swf / .flv / . mpeg /.mov / .pdf / .xls

The form should validate !

And alternative way is to create a normal registration form ----> user will get a confirmation email with activation link -----> upon activation the user should get a generated user id & password.

With this password he / she should be able to login upon which he/she will be atken to another page where he/she can upload files of different formats.
