Description

for the next project... at www.pokertrainingnetwork.com

1. add a check box in the form for "Reserve My Spot!" - this needs to go where it used to ask for the "Phone: "
2. add the two audio files and place them at the bottom of the left box.

I need also a hidden field so that if someone creates a link such as: www.pokertrainingnetworker.com/?sponsor="Bob"
the hidden field "sponsor" will also show up in the email I am sent.
This will allow us to tag who's generating what leads.
Clean up form error checking with specific error messaging.
