Description

I would like someone to built a website that will feature web-based printable coupons.
The site should make it easy for a user to search for coupons based upon neighborhood – zip code, type of business or name of business. Clicking on a specific coupon "offer" should enable the user to print the coupon, or be able to select multiple coupons and print them all at the end, as a sort of “add to cart” idea.
Users should also be able to email the coupon (to themselves and/or friends)..
There should also be banner ads, again specific to the area and region and state.

Backend will be managed in a secure "User Account" area. Merchants will be able to log-in and create, edit or delete their coupon offer in real time.
Coupons entry area should be a wysiwyg idea with text and images.
Should be able to set time limits and coupon printing limits (based on IP) , when their coupon comes into effect, and create several coupons for months ahead that start and end automatically. Merchant should be able to set offsite coupon also, So that they can add a link if coupon is hosted offsite.
Merchant should be able to create a one page business page,that will be linked to their coupon so that visitors can learn more about business. Merchant should also have ability to add more than one location for their business.

Merchants will also be able to pay their bill to the site by credit card etc..
Merchants should be able to see how many views their coupon has received, how many times it has been etc..

visitors should have ability to join as user, but they will not have access to merchants features. they will just have ability to save coupons to print later, email coupons to friends and receive updates via newsletter etc.
There should also be a section for web deals.That will be administer by admin only. There should Also be a section for most popular coupon, featured coupon, and Our Favorite deals.
Other requirements that providers will need to know:
The site should have a secure Admin area to set up new merchants within the system.
An extremely nice and web 2.0 looking template..

This project requires experience in database-driven websites.
