This is a relatively simple bot as long as their is no captcha on the intended website. I have experience in writing PHP bots to automate repetitive tasks, and have successfully used my bot code on several larger sites like Digg and Stumbleupon. Since I have written the code already it is almost guaranteed to work, however it is dependant on whether there is captcha to get around.
