I need to do some recode on my php tube site from windows server where the site is today, to our new linux server. You will work on our servers..

Also make a mass mail module from admin to members

add code/script for traffic exchange, and add toplist for the traffic partners

make a way to mass-remove unaproved movies

There's a lot of work. Not sure if I can do everything. The transition will be smooth, "mass mail module" the same, I never worked with traffic exchange (but if it's only code to add, then it's simple). To remove unaproved movies seems tricky. Not sure I understand what you need.
