Description:	I am looking to customize pligg: 1- Remove login and registration, all posts must be Anonymous 2-Allow Admin to add/remove/delete/modify posts or comments 3-allow admin option to either have the posts and comments approved automatically or have them approved by admin 4-Change tiles on Submit a new story, step 2 of 3 to other headings that we will provide for you. and also all headings on the site. 5-Ability for admin to add/remove/modify Banners on the site, ability to add google adsense code 6-Logo on the site 7-Add Terms and Conditions page , user must click on agree to terms when submitting. You will need to do everything, graphics, smarty templates. Final template delivery as a .tar or .zip file that opens into a directory we can use as another template to replace the standard of yget. Pligg uses smarty so make sure you know it. Payment will only be done after all the requirements are completed and working on our server, no exception, as we have had a developer get paid through paypal, only to never do any work, if you unable to accept this DO NOT BID.
