Description

phpbb33 SEO MOD doesn't include category in the URL.
Example
1) Forum/Category URLs

http://www.phpbb-seo.com/en/phpbb-forum/

should be http://www.phpbb-seo.com/en/seo-phpbb/phpbb-forum/

as phpbb-forum is child of se-phpbb in the hierarchy

2) full Category/Forums in Topic URLs
http://www.phpbb-seo.com/en/phpbb-forum/local-server-setup-xampp-t4965.html

should be

http://www.phpbb-seo.com/en/seo-phpbb/phpbb-forum/local-server-setup-xampp-t4965.html

3) the topic id shall not be shown in URL
http://www.phpbb-seo.com/en/seo-phpbb/phpbb-forum/local-server-setup-xampp-t4965.html

Should become
http://www.phpbb-seo.com/en/seo-phpbb/phpbb-forum/local-server-setup-xampp.html

This will require some tweaking of existing phpbb seo mod.
