Description

I have a charity site that is currently enrolling members through asp and MS Access. That's not working too well so I tried to switch over to MySql and phpBB2 and that seemed to semi-work. 2 programmers later it's not working and hasn't been finished after 7 months. My mistake was hiring MySql experts with no experience in phpBB2. I need a phpBB2 expert who is great at customizing this software for very large sites.

The site is supposed to be at www.cherubs-cdh.org/cms but it's missing. The files are there but the pages don't show. The programmer said it was a Windows issue so we moved it to Linux - same problem (members.cherubs-cdh.org). The last programmer fixed this disappearing thing several times but it keeps disappearing without any reason (it's not live to anyone but me and the programmers). So I'm guessing it's a php error that needs to be fixed? And the hosting company upgraded the php so the programmer said that was the issue but my other 2 phpBB2 sites are fine so it has to be a customization issue.

Please respond with examples of your work, especially customized phpBB2 and phpBB3 sites. I'd prefer an English speaking programmer close to my time zone (EST) or willing to work on my time zone.

This job shouldn't take more than an hour or two since all I want is the site to be visible again (it should still be functionable).

I have A LOT of phpBB2 work to be done once this fix is done and I can get in there and see what to do so a programmer who can do this quick and correctly is guaranteed a lot of work from me.
