Description: phpBB3 does not let users hotlink to the avatar images. I need to do this to speed up the loading of the avatars in other places of our website.

Therefore, I need to simultaneously upload two versions of the avatar the user chooses, one to use in the forum, and one to use in the rest of the site.

What it needs to do:
When user uploads avatar, the upload page should stay the same as it is as default.

What will happen, is that the avatar is saved normally as phpBB3 does is, but _in addition_ it will save the avatar to a pre specified folder, and the path+filename is saved into a custom field in the database.

This is a very small project, and our budget is about $30 for this.
Bidder must have prior experience with phpBB3.
