Description:	I have a need for a relatively simply php function. I want a function that can compare a time, and see whether it is within a specified range. The function would ideally take as inputs 3 times in the format H:i. The first two times are the ranges, with the third being one to compare it to. For example, I want to see if 14:00 is between the range of 08:00 and 15:00. This is the simple part! the function should also return the correct value when checked if 14:00 is between 22:00 and 05:00, for example... So it must see if the time is in a range even if overnight. the function just needs to return a 1 if time is in range, 0 if not. Any questions, please PM me.
