Description: I have started a project with PhP-Nuke for driving school students and need some one to help me out with:

1. New survey block just like the one in nuke 7 but with the function to vote on a picture with some text discribing the picture. (picture poll)
It should be able to vote on three pictures.

2. New Weblinks rating system. nuke uses the 1-10 rating system.
Want to make it like star rating system. 1-5 stars and give it and extra search function so visitors can search by Postal code/ or the city. And add links by postal code/ or the city

3. multible login.( So the visitors can choose between 2 different member login)
The one login gives limited acces. using forum, Add weblinks and the other things you can do. But not give acces to vote and make comments on weblinks.

The second login gives also limeted acces: using forum and other things but not to add weblinks, but this login gives acces to make comments or vote for weblinks.
