Description

Here is my 6th attempt to find a programmer to finish this project. All the previous programmer have bailed out on me right as the project completes. I don't know why.

Hopefully, there are more reliable people out there.

If you require any type of upfront payment in an escrow, DO NOT BID. I am sick of dead beat programmers.


This project involves an online classifieds, similar to craigslist. Users can post ads to different cities. Here are the main points.

1) Users can post for free, they do not need to register. Users just go to their city and post their ad, and their ad gets listed in that city.

2) Index page shows the ads by category: for sale, jobs, services, etc.

3) Post ad page. users enter title of ad and description and email, and then submit. Then the ad is sent to user's email. they click on the link in the email to post their ad.

4) the ad page shows the ad #, time, date, , edit button, delete button.

5) the ACP pages. This is the heart of the project. the admin control panel has 8 pages. admin can remove/add categories. Plus admin can change page colors/link color/page background color, text colors, etc. plus manage abuse submitted by users, plus a few more things, I will discuss later.

6) city list page, simply shows all city in our database broken down by state, country. Like this: state 1) city 1, city 2; state 2) city 1 city 2, etc.

7) search. users can search by category, or all category. or search by city or all city.

There's roughly 13 pages total, but most of the pages have VERY little coding involved.

Also, I prefer it be done in dreamweaver. I already have the template made and the pages done in dreamweaver. You will be given the files if you win the auction.
