this link works in firefox and opera but stupid IE can't even open it...

attachment no2 is the file that is causing this problem... I attached the file for you to review , if you can fix it then bid...

This is probably just some line that is no good for IE... if you know what you are doing then this should be a very quick project. So please don't bid $50 for 5 mins work or something rediculous.... especially if you have no feedback at all.
This will be a good project to get some great feedback!
