Description

This is PHP to run on my server.
1. Log in to CPA Network PrimaryAds and download CSV stats (for specified days) to server.
2. Log in to TrafficVance and for selected campaign
a) download HTML page with bids and
b) download stats (CSV file) for specified days to server.
